Is it true? A simple and quick check in the calendar shows that it is not true.

If we only consider October, it happened in 2004 and it happens again in 2021. So, we do not have to wait for 823 years as the mail claims.

If we take any other month, it happened in Jan 2010 and next it happens in July 2011.
